Historic Horizons

This landmark-approved renovation in Denver’s Montclair district showcases how NAGY Design blends historic preservation with modern functionality. Featuring a full main-level gut, a second-story addition, and a garage-to-ensuite conversion, this project respects the home’s architectural roots while adding space, light, and livability.

Trailside Tranquility

This Golden, CO home underwent a smart and stylish pop-top renovation designed to support a growing family. NAGY Design added a full second story, modernized key interior spaces—including a new bedroom, bathrooms, and family room—and reimagined the home’s flow from the inside out. The result is a light-filled, functional, and future-ready residence in the heart of North Table Mountain.

Lake View Pop-Top

Our expert architects and designers expanded this two-story mountain home into a third-level pop-top and balcony. The NAGY Design team maintained the character of the home while creating addition living space.
