This 4,000+ sq ft custom mountain home in Granby Ranch, Colorado, combines modern comfort with rugged charm—featuring four ensuite bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and panoramic alpine views designed for an adventurous lifestyle.

Lake View Pop-Top

Our expert architects and designers expanded this two-story mountain home into a third-level pop-top and balcony. The NAGY Design team maintained the character of the home while creating addition living space.

From floor plans and framing to sleek interiors and final finishes, this project showcases the power of thoughtful small-space design. This Denver Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) was voted top 10 ADU designs by MAXABLE. We developed an above garage ADU that features a rooftop deck with a view.
